On Saturday, March 14, chef Paul Fourier is offering a fully participatory cooking class featuring seasonal ingredients such as scallops and skrei, along with local vegetables selected by Les Paniers de Sandrine.
Learn how to enhance simple ingredients, discover techniques that are easy to replicate at home, and share a delicious, educational, and friendly experience.
🍽️ Workshop followed by a tasting meal (8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) with Chef Paul Fourier and Sandrine from Les Paniers de Sandrine.
