Our chef, Hervé Lamontagne, under the supervision of our Executive Chef Patrice Noël, drew the menu for the Amélys restaurant. We have of course kept your favourite dishes such as Caesar salad, sole meuniere, the chicken vol-au-vent, the farmhouse young cockerel roasted or the tender piece of beef.
New beautiful dishes have to be discovered : Niçoise salad in starter or in main course, gmbas Black Tiger grilled on a plancha or the famous Traditional veal Viennese Schnitzel.
For the sweet pallets, the creations of the pastry chef Lionel Marchand will satisfy all desires, chocolate, fruit or freshness frozen. It’s time to be tempted!
